Our Dragon Perch is 55% complete, and we will continue to work on that. If we cancel the weapon rack (just a filler to absorb resources) that is 7%, will the spot we free up work to start an Avatar habitat?
Wish there was better information available.

This is a lame update in my opinion. If anyone could grab an avatar and bring it skilling with them where ever they want, that would be cool but that's not the case. Instead I'll have to receive xp boosts when my clan is training a skill with the avatar that I actually need?
