Sadly, you and other Runescape players are living in some dream world where all bots can be permanently stopped. Get back reality Asap. Ivp doesn't care about you as you are only and only numbers to them. They aren't going nuke their p2p income who doesn't complain about anything and pays p2p just like anyone else. I am just amazed how easily you believe lies told by Jagex.

Bots are like weeds; there's no point in banning them if they are going to just spring up. Unless you have a stable semi-permanent solution to bots, banning them is futile.
Major RWT people often credit card fraud, so not only is banning bots futile, it creates a bigger mess of that.
Makes me absolutely sick my post is going to do nothing and there still will be a million more people pointing out bots.
