How, iv been speaking to mods on the player help forums for locked accounts. They directed me here since they arnt talkin about bugs anymore. How do i get in touch with some one who can help me, because this is quite unfair on jagex part

I can't think of any reason they would need to. Jagex doesn't gain anything from waving its **** in the air saying "look at all these abusers we banned".
In writing, there's a technique called minimalism which focuses on minimizing character count in favor of dissertation style which gives the words used more impact. When Jagex posted the list of accounts banned for botting, no one cared because the list was so long and administrative. I'd love to argue with you the contextual excessivity, but I doubt you would approach the subject as anything more than a skeptical cynic.
Even if they were to post the entire list, I guarantee you would still be saying "ban the botters".
