Good to hear Jagex is still taking action, and equally good to know such a bug was patched.
It's looking like Optimus will be released soon... I look forward to seeing such countermeasures implemented in-game to stop other problem players other than bug abusers sometime in the future. ;)
Good job Jagex. ^^
Given the choice - whether to rule a corrupt and failing empire, or to challenge the Fates for another throw, a better throw against one's destiny - what was a king to do?

what the other people said. We rather to get bots banned than bug abusers.
If you guys should go one day with 5 admins to different spots and ban botters and keep hopping worlds it would be already easy.
But i doubt jagex will do that since the botters pay for membership.

For those of you concerned about the rare objects being removed from the game after the bans and rollbacks – don’t be. We have several clever and fair ways of making sure that the numbers of these rares (like party hats) remain the same.

=========
Are you guys openly admitting that you manipulate the rare market now? I mean I'm sure there's more than one way to "cleverly maintain the number of rares." However, the only thought that comes to mind is directly injecting rares in the G.E.
Regardless of the method, your focus on saying that you will maintain the current number of rares is a direct admittance to some sort of manipulation of the rare's market. You may not manipulate it extensively, but it is manipulation nonetheless.
