i can't log in.

Just wait while they patch this bug.
Yes, they are probably aware that no one can log in.
Shouldn't take them too long to fix this, and hopefully then we can all play this game!
In the mean time if you haven't already, I recommend checking the BTS (Behind the scenes) on the quest!
My guess is that the servers might have crashed or something similar, because when I tried logging in the 2nd time I got a message saying a lot of people are trying to download the RS client, a maximum number of people. So that is the only guess I have right now. Just be patient.
