How about you stop complaining about the changes? If you don't like it, then quit playing; simple as that. Jagex is just trying to renovate Runescape. Stop complaining like a bunch of ungrateful children.

I'm not sure renovate is the right word so much as splash it with ******. We pay, we say. Ever heard that slogan before? I guess not, you're a newbie, only someone new to the game would defend the current updates being put in place.

Leave. I'd recomend you meet with the last 5 wanna be mods and make a focus group brainstorming ways to combat the rs players. Good luck man.

EDIT: Ignore that last post. I derped on a time zone factor and it wasn't quite the first of August.
Liked the idea of this event too. Will be interesting to see how well these 3 rewards work out.

Are you surprised by this? I am honestly surprised that no members have made a comment about this. I am f2p occasionally p2p cause of bills. Ever since the company has gotten sponsored by greedy people, that is all Jagex cares about. It hasn't really done many f2p updates for a while. The reason is simple, about 85% of the game population don't care about f2p in the first place.
Why should Jagex update something when not enough of the game players really care for it? Heck, when someone mentions adding f2p content, a lot of members jump down that persons throat cause they don't believe f2p deserves an update.
Anyways, I missed my chance to get members for Sizzling Summer so even IF I do happen to get it today, I won't get any of the bonuses, oh well. I have said enough, time to burn some maples.

Logged in to notice how SoF (that annoying thing Jagex believes is the next BIG THING, and frankly the only thing I log into my main for nowadays (gotta get dem free items)) lags like the dickens. Now I have no doubt in my mind that not paying for more membership was a good idea, seeing as how the potential bonus exp would have just wound up going to waste after my membership ended.
