Agreed. This sickens me. RS used to have difficulty damnit. Why doesn't Jagex just give every noob all 99 skills insteada makin us lvl em up! Cuz what with all these xp boosters and stuff that would make sense. The boosts r insane and the Choose your Fate items r OP as HELL! So Jagex DAMN U, stop ruining the game

It is an *indirect* purchase of an item. Nevertheless, it is a purchase.
It is no different than buying a lottery ticket. You physically purchase the lottery ticket, but it's the money you want to win that you're purchasing for.

But now you can just buy spins to amass a large amount of these.
A rare slot lives up to its namesake and it doesn't come by that often! It's only this weekend that the pendants will be easier (but not easy) to get out of the wheel.
And unlike the lamps these will require the person who uses it to be out there skilling. If you have a large amount of pendants, you will also have to do large amounts of skilling to get the full benefits!
