The only problem with that is that everyone gets one. It's fair play!
But now you can just buy spins to amass a large amount of these. It degrades gameplay for others around you. Does it not?

Nice suggestion! Instead of asking Timo to suggest it why don't you suggest it in Existing Game Content?
I wouldn't have a problem with that whatsoever, of course it's something Jagex can consider in the future.
