According to Almond above, I am just plain crazy, but that won't come as a surprise to anyone who has known me over the past 6-7 years or whatever it's been. If the darts weren't introduced it wouldn't matter to me. But they are being introduced and so be it.
When I first read about them I just said "meh" and didn't think much more on them. As I read through this forum I knew I was going to go and kill Nomad with one. Nomad is the only quest I have not done. I didn't even start it because of all the posts I read about how hard he was. I suck at changing prayers. I have 99 Slayer only because those beasts are fought with one method and I could go about and get my xp without hurting my brain too much. If I thought I could reach Jad, I'd kill him with one too. Nex? I don't care. All he is good for is drops and there is no guarantee that even if you used 4 darts on him you'd get that big drop, whatever it is.
My guess is that there will be the usual whining and complaining, then the majority of whiners will be right there bragging about the drops they got from Nex with their darts whether they got a good drop or not, then after the expiration they'll be looking for the next gloom and doom to RS item they can find. Over the years much has happened. Many a game ruiner if you believe the forums, yet here we are. The game goes on with or without the whine. It could be worse, I guess, at least these people have the RS forums to vent, without that they may be out and about causing all kinds of havoc in the real world.
