get rid of the damn marathon in the wilderness all I can see is you people running around ruining the best thing about runescape which is the pk'ing... every time I turn to try and kill someone there is a massive bunch of you runners getting in the way and making me almost lagg out to lobby....

I have the same problem with the cheese wheel rolling event. I can't get my character to move the the left or right at all. I even try clicking WAY in advance and still end up tripping over a log or something. I don't even bother with that event anymore.

I loved the marathon through the Wilderness!! Took me back to how Runescape used to be, so much fun! I soo wish there were a lot more content like this in the game nowadays, RS has become so safe and boring in too many ways...

Couple of tips for mass events so lag doesn't ruin your day.
1) put your graphics on min, this is a great old school experience to have now and then!
2) put your public chat on friends; and a tip for wild events
3) bring a weapon that poisons into the wilderness with you. Most pkers don't want the annoyance of being poisoned so they are more likely to leave you alone.
Or just do the other marathons I guess. I really miss having some excitement in RS, so I do hope they offer more events like these for those who enjoy the many, many different faces of the game. Hundreds and hundreds and hundreds of us finished, so saying they killed "anyone" really isn't accurate.

Jagex not everyone wants their toons to have Freaking Blond hair! Why the heck did you make it so when you wear the dang crown our toons hair goes BLOND!!!! That sucks i'm not a blond and don't want my toon to be blond. Couldn't you just make it so our toons hair doesnt change to blond like that dumb blond Greeak athlete" Voula Papachristou"! I demand a Crown that has no hair coloring cuz i am not blond!
