Do we still get the 7 day buffer if payment goes wrong during the months of August and September. I mean the same buffer as loyalty points. Please someone answer!

More dangled carrots to make players keep membership. If you want to stop people cancelling their subscriptions and going off in the hunt of better managed games then far better than bonus xp and the promise of a super weapon, would be a fix for current game content, much of wish is unplayable. (Yes, I'd like to be able to hunt red chins again).
And while you are at it, please take down the bot counter. We know there are bots in the game, we know you are delaying the promised counter-measure (I am hoping due to incompetance rather than greed), we don't need the bot counter to rub all the new bot accounts being created every minute in our faces.
Oh, what's the use.

I think this is a bad idea! All you are doing is using us as your slaves for money, you charge us for membership, this is fine but when you released the sqeal of fortune and Solomons general store thats where we saw it, you are just after the money and its clear you dont care about the game. I am not referring to all of Jagex but mainly IVP, yes you know what I mean. Bringing back the Wilderness and free trade, that was fine but obviously your attempt to bring in more money, you have 50+ members servers with around 1000 players on each. so thats 50000 players paying around £5 monthly or whatever payment method they use so lets multiply 50k by 5. 250k per month, isnt that enough! this post here is even an attempt to bring in more money, persuading us to pay for membership for 1 million exp. Its clear you need to get yourselves out of your money shower and sort out the game, there are bots everywhere and players spamming websites to but RS gold at the GE its clear you are not doing anything as I have reported many of these players and have seen no action done, just get back in the game and fix it before it dies!

Jagex , just to let you know..you're ruining YOUR OWN GAME. Alot of people will just quit for too many reasons. One reason is that you're trying to do this game better but in my opinion you're just destroying it. Players won't have a goal on this game and RS will not be that interesting anymore. Also combat update will make people quit because they don't want the new combat style. I'm thinking of cancelling my membership because RS will be Pay2win and this is so sad.
I'm really depressed :@
