I find it interesting how we humans work .. I see way too many people who come up with conclustions when they have barely got a hint of the "Choose your faith" reward, thats really dangerous if it's put into the real life living style
. Think about that for a minute for all you complainers, who complain and make conclusions of things that have never been said, therefor you are making up lies.
Free XP is not bad? It's not even THAT much XP unless you are low level in the skill, then you will gain a couple of levels, however those levels would of been very easy to gain anyways. However for those with higher stats these 350k+350k (Or is it 350k+700k?) it could be one single level up, possibly 1,5-2, thats a rather big thing in my eyes but it's not too much.
An attempt to make money? There is no company who doesnt NEED to make money in order to survive, just ACCEPT IT, if you had a company you would want to make money, and to make money you need to offer something to the customers, in this case XP, spins, cosmetic items and "the most powerful items in the game", even the majority of the charity companies makes some/big profits of your donations.
CHOOSE YOUR FAITH, yeah, it may be a hint of choosing between range/melee/mage, does it have to be a weapon? No. It can be other items, like more powerfull boots, rings, a "powerful" look of a cosmetic item.. ETC.
Doesnt have to be something that KILLS other things, it doesnt even have to be a stat booster!
Oh and one more thing, Jagex changed their policies about RWT a while after launching their real world trading items, making them able to do so.
And people who buy their items dont get a bigger advantage in the game (Unless extremely lucky on SoL, which is a low chance), the only thing they get is to show off their RealLifeWEALTH they have, with nice cosmetic items. Yes, it could be something you want but cant afford.. Well, get a item in game instead.
