I honestly don't know what to make of this. Free XP... just handed to us? We don't even have to work for it like in Bonus XP weekends? All we have to do is be members for a certain period of time?
I don't know. This is something that would NEVER have happened three years ago. But in these days when RuneScape is run by people who are only thinking of short-term profits and not RuneScape's long-term survival (or so it seems -- sorry for the weasel words, but I DO have to give them SOME benefit of a doubt), it makes me concerned about the future of RuneScape. I want RuneScape to HAVE a future. I want to look forward to being able to roam about Gielinor ten years from now, or fifteen years from now.

or those of you that don't know, Bonus XP Weekends have been scrapped. (Quick find code: 16-17-281-63874749 )
Since I'd been stocking up on my unfinished potions as I grew the herbs, I have a question about the 350k xp X 2 rewards for August and Sept.
Will it be like Mad May, when I wore a necklace and got bonus xp as I trained a skill of my choice? If that's the case, I want to hold onto my potions until the reward(s) are out.
On the other hand, if it's an xp lamp where I just rub it and put the xp to any skill I want, I can make those potions now and clear out my bank.
Clarification would be nice, please and thank you! ^_^
...remembers when you had to USE EACH AND EVERY FISH IN YOUR INVENTORY WITH A RANGE to cook them...

What is this, "Choose your fate" thing? I hope players won't get a free Divine....
(With reduced stats and untradable of course.)
The exp. sounds nice, but kind of usless for the maxed out players. (Unless they go for ranks.)
Over all, sounds like some more money grabbing updates. I hope that you will make some ACTUAL updates for high level'd players after the combat update.
Anyways, sounds like fun, I hope it'll be.
