It looks like you guys didn't even mention that the event had ended anywhere. Was it meant to still be in? I'm sorry I'm so obsessive over this, I just think that five days is too short a period to allow people to get these items, and 200 million players is no small feat for one of the shortest events in the history of the game.
It also looks like people are having trouble with their bows: Perhaps that would be another good chance to reinstate the event, so people could pick them back up from the wizard if theirs had disappeared, and give those who missed the event a chance to get the celebratory items too.
Is it just that you guys can't have more than one "holiday" event in the game at one time? Did you rush it out of the game for those Gielnor Games? If so, maybe you could put it in for a short while after the games are done.

The 199.900.000 bots aren't going to get their rewards anyway, they are happy to steal and exhaust every resource in Runescape, being it monster, tree, rock or anything else..
The 50.000 p2p members got it already.
The 50.000 f2p players don't count for Jagex other than being potential customers; until then, they are left outside anything, from prizes to updates and hiscores.

I agree with Aviarei. It would have been nice for the event to last a little longer. I am a paying member, but I was out of the country. I saw the update and realized I would be back in the country before a week had passed. Unfortunately the event was already gone when I got back home...

5 days? That's all this thing lasted was 5 days?? You guys do realize that it's summer and some families MIGHT be on a vacation or something? I missed the whole damn thing thinking I had time because you want to hurry and put up as many gimme-gimme and pay-us-for-in-game-items-with-real-money crap as you can?
I don't miss too many events out of this game - at least I never used to. But you don't even give real people enough TIME to take advantage of your so-called events. We don't all sit on the computer all day every day. I am definately not one of those people who rush in and join the masses when new content is released as soon as it's released.
I am beginning to think this is nothing but a waste of time and money anymore...
Thanks for nothing once again.

Well go ahead and make that at least 49,000 members that got it, because I certainly didn't (and a number of others have made it clear they also haven't). You are right: a lot of their numbers come from bots, and they have made it clear that F2P, despite being part of that "grand" number, doesn't matter by taking the celebratory bow away from them.
I agree that all of that is wrong.
However, that's not what I'm talking about.
I'm talking about the pitiful length of the event and possible re-instatement for both those whose bows have been glitched out of existence and for those who can't spend every day on the computer and might've been away when the event came and went, as events have been more forgiving for those kinds of people in the past.
