What a joke. I have 540 days until I can get a 10-year cape?
Thats BS. I've been playing since early 2003. I should have way less than 540 days to go.
I guess I'll just await January 10, 2014 to get my cape.
Hopefully the world will end before then.

i agree with d4wn gu4rd over half of the 200m are bots , so their is really no reason to get excited over 2/3 of the rs population are from Chinese sweat shops punching out the gp's for noobs to spend rl money on it to ruin the basic's an economy of rs.
Now Jagex go thank china for over half the profit you guys have made from them

when you are telling the world of the 150 dragons killed per person the wooden bridge to the moon and all that BS I noticed you didn't mention how many of those are green dragons killed by bots or how the tree like yew look like ant hills with so many bots on them
Don't get me wrong Ive played over 6 years and have a love of the game (something you lost) I just want to know now that you got your 200 million members are you going to get rid of the 60 to 120 million that are bots?
Of course you have learned a lot from the bots for now you are really into real world trading and the selling of advantages for real money so maybe the bots are yours too have you sunk that low yet or is jagex approved bots still on the drawing boards you ruined the game allowed countless bots are now the real world traders you were supposed to be fighting was it worth it?

Scatrinomee you got to take into account the sacrifices made to get to 200 million I know of several members who were sacrificed in order to get there sacrificed to the bots that made the game so unplayable they left to better games (or worse but at least not over ridden with bots)
The sacrifice of their own morals and dignity by making themselves int jagex approved free world traders
the sacrifice of the game and the pride of earning capes so as to incite more to play by allowing them to get something for little effort
the sacrifice of good quality players all to reach this proud moment yes lets take time to say gratx for selling your souls and selling us out to get this far a proud moment btw don't anyone complain bout the glasses don't you know jagex only gives the good stuff to those who can pay for it now

sorry but like any #$%&^ they don't drop anything good now unless you pay them Im sure if you just wait they will have a wonderful 200 million shop where if you have the real world cash you can buy that dream item to celebrate with who knows they might even have jagex approved bots (for the right price) they sold out everything else

Funny how Jagex has fought the bots so hard in the past, but was quick to embrace them when it meant they can claim to have 200 million accounts.
Seriously, anyone notice how there was about thirty new accounts being created every minute? I'm not much of a gambler, but I would wager that for every real account being set up, there was a hundred or so given names like "bbbbbbbbgggggggg".
Jagex's shocking loss of morals aside, I like my gaudy new glasses. ^^
