As for the chests, I'm not too sure. Check your bank, or with Diango inDraynor village to see if he has your items.
Tried going to Diango, talking to him, trading him and all.

The membership will get active after my membership expires? it wot show on the membership countdown?
Im concerned about the chests, thats what i wanted

Head to the account page (top right) and from there go to 'manage subscription' to see when your next rebill date will be. It may be that the counter hasn't updated yet.
As for the chests, I'm not too sure. They should have appeared directly in your Inventory. Was it full when you unlocked the promotion?

didnt had full inv when i did the steps for the prizes.
I just wanted a J mod to check my account out to see what happened if thats possible
You might be best contacting @jagexsupport on Twitter. The support centre on the RS website also has a facility in which you can submit a lost items claim, that might be an option for you.
