Edit: thats due to the fact they want to keep at least part of it exclusive.

Therein lies the problem. I have not received the Hellion Costume in my wardrobe and I can not get into the Premier Club. Kinda just wondering why not. My credit card has already been charged. Is there something else I need to do?
