So, I ordered 3 months of membership assuming that it would automatically order the 3 month summer special (after all, I used a link found in the FAQ) but I didn't get my armour. I don't necessarily care about a refund for the extra month but I'd like the hellion armour.

a) Is there any way to get this fixed?
b) Is there any actual support available? I've always felt like there's never been any support available for RS and I'm struggling to find a proper way to contact a JMod about this.

Is the Hellion cosmetic armour avaliblefor ironmen if I buy the package? If it isn't this really needs to be fixed. I'm tired of ironmen not being able to get certain cosmetics.

The point of an ironman is that there is no extra help. And wearing this armour provides no benefits

You and RS are advertising summer specials!!! RS posted that Classic is going off line!! REALLY.. Ive been playing since 2001 when my kids set it for me, to play online with them, and have spent thousands of dollars (American) over the years, to give this account to my grandson who is 8 now. Now I find out about the going off line today. Ive earned all my capes without botting or any of that stuff, 22 capes and thousands of hours online. Now I have to start all over because you guys cant put the money that me and hundreds of thousands of others have put in RS's accounts all these years....THANK YOU!!!! I assume that you and RS aren't going to compensate us, or maybe transfer my account to the OLD SCHOOL game, which in my opinion would be the right thing to do, as a long time payer and player. I don't imagine you have many players that have played as long as I have. I'd like to hear an answer from RS PLEASE...

You sort of answered your own question.

As it offers no extra help, of course it available for IM.
