If you already knew the answer and prepared yourself to block all your hateful comments about your idea on youtube, why bother asking the community then. Besides, now that a player has bought RuneCoins, it's irreversible.

I'm getting more and more disappointed by the day Jagex. First you started adding content that we can only receive by spending extra money to buy a membership card for, then you add ways of releasing content by means of a lottery system to which you only have limited use before you have to pay, and finally you add a store where the only way to buy something (initial 200 coins aside) is to pay money.
I used to like RuneScape because it was a game I could play for a measly $5 per month. To some people that might be too much but for me it's not bad considering it's a game that for the most part is updated weekly or at least bi-weekly. At what point did RuneScape become about your own pockets and not about your gamers? Was it when you lost Andrew? This is starting to get depressing.
First off, I will admit that I have taken part in promotional offers that have been offered now because of my want to have as many in-game items as I can, because I hate missing content! I figured at the time it would be a rare occasion that something like this would come up, but now it's back to back. I purchased the 90 day card for both the katana and the flaming skull, and recently the golden katana. I didn't mind these as much because I was actually getting membership for these items that was somewhat comparable. The lottery though, and the Rune Coins? That does nothing for me but contribute to looks.
I don't know how you (JaGeX) can take pride in implementing things like this into the game, it's just ridiculous. I think a friend of mine put it best yesterday when she told me that she didn't feel like a "member" anymore. It used to be that we could pay our $5 and be part of the members. Now there seems to be a third group in the mix. There still exists the F2P group and the P2P group, but now there is an additional "Premium" group. Premium is not something I ever wanted to see in RuneScape. I'm sorry but I do not support.
tl:dr Disappointed in you JaGeX, it's not the same anymore.

I like the update its cool that we can change how the style of a sword staff and crossbow look :)
I hope that you will make more like that for 2h, stab,maul, and so on..
The out fits are cool the only one that i want is the assassin one but i don't want to have spend 45 bucks just to get it... yea its cool with the full out fit and the 2 emotions but that's way over priced for a outfit that does not give any stats but if you do make items that give stats make sure they have a level requirements
The teles look legit haven't seen any in game yet..
I would like to see skins or w/e you call them for gear to have different styles of it b/c some of the art you do for them looks better then what you put into the game..
Love the ability to recolor stuff that should be on everything :D
Thanks for the update shall wait to see what else you put out on the new general store :D

I find it hilarious that so many complain when Jagex, a BUSINESS, adds an update to make a couple of extra bucks. All of the items in Solomon's General Store are purely cosmetic and do not give any advantages in the game. If you don't want to spend money, then don't, and shut the **** up.

As long as this doesn't affect the gameplay or give other players an unfair advantage I'm fine with this update.
Seriously it's not like it's forcing any players to spend money. I like things. Combat-related things. I don't like Brains...but I still got them on dxp(
