Unfortunately, if your items have been stolen by a hijacker, they cannot be returned to you

You're a very high level RS veteran who has been playing for over four years, it's not Jagex's fault that you haven't done the quest. You've locked yourself out of the content.

If ppl still cant comprehend that it takes place after Rotm, then i dont know what to say.
