The pack contains four items; a title, shield, pet, and plushie. Only the shield is a cosmetic override. You should find the plushie in your bank - as I believe it's a physical item.

To unlock the torso, you had to watch at least part of the livestream.

I just lost all my in-game money!!!! I had 16m in my bank and 2 mil on my person. I just set up a bank pin (will be active in 2 days) and no-one knows my password. I put a ticket into jagex, but will they actually do anything??? Is there anyway I could get my money back? :(

^ I can prove I watched this, I even chatted in chat box. I didn't receive this torso item.

There are big issues with twitch streams not giving correct loot to everyone. And I have been rewarded previously. Best wishes to all.

If the items were lost due to a hijacking, then no, unfortunately your items/wealth cannot be returned to you. I'd recommend following the steps here to thoroughly secure your account, computer & email :)

frmndachz - Please do see the above advice regarding the best way to let Jagex know of things that don't seem right. Due to the accusations contained within the post, it was removed, though any passing JMod here will still be able to see the information contained within it.
