Well its going on 5 hours since i first Sought out help in my case. Im not trying to have Jagex Billing Refund my First order for Premier Gold Membership and have made a New Order under this Name which is what i wanted from the start. I do not play on my alt Momomiyazaki and would not need it to be a member so if anyone here can help push the cancel / refund that be great. if not ill have to wait till monday and call my bank to have them decline it on my end.
