On January 1st I purchased a whole year subscription but accidentally bought the standard membership when i thought i was buying the premier. I am wondering if i am able to change my subscription to the premier? i am not looking for a refund or anything in the difference of price between the two packages but i wanted to get the extra benefits since i bought a whole year and thought i was getting premier. I was not sure how else to go about trying to get this changed or fixed?

To resolve this issue, you need to purchase the premier club package and then contact Jagex for a refund on your regular membership package here :)

Check your message centre to confirm the payment was successful, if it was, you would have received a message thanking you for your payment. If it's not there, the payment wasn't successful and you may need to try again

If it is there, and you haven't received your gold premier benefits, it's likely that you've purchased the wrong package. To fix this, purchase the gold premier club package and then request a refund on the other membership package you bought here :)

I purchased the Gold 2018 Premier Club members (have every year since inception) & get an email once a month or so about my time with Runescape. I have not ever, never been informed about the Stalker Gland!

As such, I did not receive it and feel CHEATED!
