Do you normally pay by SMS, but are finding that the normal package you buy is not currently available via SMS? Do you use Boku via Telenet in Belgium?

Your forum badge also indicates you are no longer a premier club member. Are you sure you purchased the premier package, and not just a regular 12 month subscription?
If you think you bough the wrong package, then raise a payment support ticket and ask them to move you onto the premier membership. You can raise a ticket here .
I'm afraid the Customer Service team are very busy at the moment, so it may take a few days to get a reply. Glad to be of service
