It looks like you've bought a regular membership package instead of the premier package. To remedy this, purchase the premier package and then ask for a refund on your regular membership package here :)

hey everyone this it totally off topic just don't know where to leave it, I just got hacked by a sponsored add on Facebook, claiming to be rs, and to download the new rs mobile apps, it takes your details then hacks you please take note and don't do the same mistake as me as it has now ruined my whole rs experiences and have to start from 0 yet again really not happy :(

When I last played this game I payed 5.99 a month because of when and how long I had the account. In looking at what has been added since I left which was after the major updates and the few you done since. I can't see returning and paying this higher price sure maybe if I was a brand new customer and hadn't already played most the content that would be ok but not at a returning customer.
Add to that the number of games out there I can choose to play and the prices of them being I can't justify it by any means.

So here is a suggestion set the price based on the accounts first opening date for returning customers.

You might want to also consider when it comes to competition most of their prices went down over time while yours went up and most of them also added new content. So the content doesn't really justify a price hike. That should have been budgeted in the operating expenses for anything meant to run any length of time.

Add to that your customer service level has gone to the dumps over what it was in the past. I used to be able to pick up a phone and call the billing department.

Needless to say what I found as a potential returning customer is disappointing to say the least.

on behalf of The Mad Devils I would like to express concerns as you do not make it easy to find where to state complaints.
so as of which I have placed them below;
50% offer only attributed to 5 or 6 items
lack of care with recent updates e.g. RS cake and the new 8th jan update
selling out on customers making things widely inaccessible to new members and f2p players

Our time and effort has been put into playing this game, bringing in a wide range of profit for your business/company. I hope, in the upcoming months Jagex takes an 'in-depth' look on what the community think of the new updates. As I can tell you, members of our clan, new and long existing customers have been offended by the lack of care from the upcoming months.
