You can report the hijacking incident to
tipoff@jagex.com
- Include your name, what happened and when, they will be able to look in to it and take appropriate action

So my question is unrelated but I can't make a new account to play with my friend, and its friday night really confused if you could let me know when we can make accounts instead of it saying "Warning youre request cant be proccesed?"

There's been some issues with account creation recently, I think it's being looked in to though if it's not already been fixed
