there's something totally wrong with this, I know Ive been playing since early 2004. In 2006 I got my first 99 cape (wc) and I had been f2p for a long time before i became p2p! Now it says I have to wait 3 years for the 10year veteran cape? Unless Jagex is only counting from the moment you first became member.

no it is not only the time you have been member. it counts playing time. I have had my account for ten years. But i still have to wait 1064 days, about 2 years 5 months. thats because over these past ten years, i have had times where i went months without playing at all. and those months don't count. and those months are why i cant get the ten-year yet.
ik this, because i have only been member maybe 5 months in those ten years. i dont like paying to play. so i only get it everynow and then.

Awesome, even though I have to wait 3 years for a cape, I finally know my RuneScape Birthday due to the 'days left' message!
I started playing on September 28th, 2005. ^_^

Yeah Wolfmaster, that's completely wrong.
I've been a member since September 2006 as you can see and I still have like 1168 days to go. This is because.. It's not a 10 year account.
