Hi Chrono Epoch,
My account is also 11 years old, I started in 2001, back when magic spells could not home in to their targets. It was a big pain to kill the chickens on tutorial island. I actually gave up and didn't manage to leave the island until RS2 came out haha. So I took a long break and didn't come back to it for a while. Apparently I have to wait 557 days! What is with that? I also want the 10 year cape I deserve!

Is it when you first created an account or first paid for an account? It seems to me its based on the first time we paid for an account.

That is not what they described then, If so, then...I just don't know what to think anymore. If i can't get help, apprently I will get the cape right before christmas. Just really prefer not to wait because I know 100 percent that i should have it. Just upset is all...

It should be when you first created your account... OR Jagex didn't start tracking how long accounts have been made until later on.

I can say the same thing. We have proof of our accounts being old enough, yet we're being conned out of getting a cape which we rightfully deserve according to the whole concept behind this cape in the first place.

Could I please get a j-mod to help me? I know when I started, I have proof, I would like the chance to at least talk to one, I have been playing OVER 10 years, not 147 til ten years. Was 13 when i started. 24 now. Please help?

I started playing in June or July of 2002, but I'm not eligible for a 10 year cape?? What month does it start in? I was a member then too. I trained my account up to 103 by November/December of that 2002. I'm very disappointed. Can we have an official start date somewhere in our player profiles or some acknowledgement for how much time/money we've invested in this game?
