Does it only work if you have your original account? I've been playing RuneScape longer than 10 years, my original Runescape account names was Runeboy544 back in RS Classic days.. however, I no longer have that account. There's no way for me to still get the cape, is there?

1196 till 10 yrs vet cape for me, then it means i made my acc on 2006 ; i can't believe in that, im sure it has to be older :| is it possible there is mistake ? 2006 i was 16 yrs old and i made my acc on 14, i don't understand ,im in shock :|

It's too bad this didn't come out 2 years ago, I would have felt more prestige wearing it since that was from the start of the game.
Now it's not even a Vet cape, anyone who created an account within the first 2 years of RS can get it :(

ive had my account since well before i would need to to get this cape and yet it tells me i have 398 days to go. i know this cant be correct since before i recently changed my recoveries they were last set feb 27 of 2002. is there some issue with this for anyone else? and will there be a fix?
