This is amazing even on my sluggish, 6-year old comp with graphics set to low. The lighting/shadow detail is exceptional. Intense, rich colors. Beautiful. Ty Jagex.

1 hour in:
Minor glitches: I occasionally float/skim over the earth surface when walking/running.
Missing visual: hand-in-pocket follow-through when thieving in Prif.

After infusing pouches (Wolpertinger) at the prif obelisk there was no response to movement commands. On logout to lobby and restarting from there, my avatar was placed at the last point requested (i.e. moved as requested). This does not appear to be a question of using too much detail as suggested by a pop up.

preliminary test run. observations recorded in order of creation.
win10 home edition, 64 bit. ver 1511, build 10586.104.
intel i7-5500.

application first run less than acceptable. crashes when not on top or when view changed at menu.
crashes at "loading application resources" every time. deleted cache. ran again. now ingame.
friends list squashed. can't fix. only see first 3 letters of friend names. Unpleasant.
ambient occlusion cannot be enabled.
house grass too neon green. Selective remove roofs removes roof and floor from upper house level. Not walls. Bizarre.
Flickering shadows on walls. Disorienting. Not for epilepsy-prone. Camelot portal too bright. Yanille portal too bright.

Cannot use WSAD like arrow keys when interfaces or dialog are open. Undesirable.

Water quality: Approved. Draw distance: Approved.
Cows falling from the sky on load: Not approved.
Character movement temporarily disabled on teleport to prif. Unacceptable.
Seaside view from Ithell district harps room: Almost acceptable. Overall view of Prif: Acceptable.
Minimap contrast: needs improvement. eyesore.
tower of voices roof removal: noticable absent. Minimap icons: absent.
Canifis: visually appealing.
unable to interact with objects from long distances. Unacceptable.
Zanaris: acceptable. Penguins: cute. Desert: sandy. Royal cannon: well-rendered.
Blurry vision corrected. Resolution adjusted.
Sword of edicts appropriately rendered. Highly approved.
Floor icons in tower of voices unsuitable. Increase height. Reduce flickering.
Tirannwyn tripwires: no visual improvement. Wires still visible. Wires still not clickable. Suggest correction.
Well of voyage: phasing correction outside of Temple of Iban suggested. Disorienting.

Preliminary test complete. Visual upgrade sufficient. Interface quality insufficient.
More bacon is required. That is all.

so this is probably my fault, just not understanding what to do but....

I went to download the installer. it says save or open. ive tried both. then it wants me to choose a program to open it with?? ofc none of the programs listed recognize the file... anyone know what I should do?

Edit: to fix this choose "save as" and type ".exe" at the end of the file name.

Played NXT version few hours and closed that. Now i cant start that. Only start download client and then disapear. I installed it again and same problem is there still. :/
was so nice play that new version :(

Edit: Now when i try install that again i get message " access denied " Progressive W26
