Guys. Read the news post. The client is available for download a few hours early so people will have a chance to get it downloaded and installed before accounts are given access to log in using the client. There's a lot of people downloading the client right now, so like every other update, some people are going to have problems downloading it initially, thus getting the 404 page, ect. That's the exact reason they released the download 2 hours early, so that people would have it before it's actually able to be used and not everyone will have to go crazy downloading it all at once, AND trying to log in on the new client adding even more stress to the servers. People's accounts (if eligible) will be let in to the beta at 12:00 UTC. Until then, even if you're gold VIP or member for the past 10+ years, it's going to give the same message, so just be patient.
