I was watching the twitch stream, looked into the discription to clicked onto the link to check out the double exp. Logged into RS website and got hit offline, logged back in to see I was cleaned. (Inventory)

You probably were watching a fake Jagex stream. They tend to show up on a daily base and get viewbotted to around 2.5k viewers. But yet they have no followers or streamviews.

And if you hover over the link, it shows a significantly small detail which is different to the real RS link. Remember that Jagex never gives out something by clicking on a link. Old, but not obsolete. RIP Runescape Classic. 06-08-2018.
