Yes, you get it based on cumulative amounts, over all Well openings.

Yes, it's likely you will be alble to, as selling P2P items on the G.E. in F2P is one of February's updates - hopefully it'll come before GameBlast.

Sorry if this has been answered already, but when will it end? Sunday at 12:00 game-time or Monday at 12:00 game-time?
I'd refer to previous BXP weekends but there have been those ending on the Sunday, some on Monday. I think there was one ending on a Tuesday and there was a 24-hour one once
