I made this post^ In anger and haste, while waiting for reply to my complaint. A few hours after my complaint had been reviewed I was contacted by a mod who showed very nice guest service. The problem has been addressed and solved. I have a better opinion on the service offered now. I was wrong to act so fast, but was treated well and I appreciate that.
We all lose our cool sometimes. I thank the mod for helping and reviewing so promptly.
I just purchased the summer special. I don't want a repeat subscription though, so I usually buy each month and then cancel the rebilling. If I cancel the summer special rebilling (which doesn't hit my account until September because I had credit), will I still get all the stuff that comes with the summer special? Do I get to keep the benefits and participate in the events if I buy it but cancel the auto rebilling?

Does this mean I need to wait until June before activating a game card in order to get the Summer special?
Any preview for the level/quest requirements for the Grnadmaster Quest for Seren? I'd really like to train levels and do required quests to do it on the release day
despite getting all special offers from premier, I'd like to say I'm very pleased that the prepaid 90-100 day runescape cards are a means of purchasing the package. I hope you'll make some way to buy premier next year with cards as well.

I'm certain that Jagex has pleasant customer service, however, its disappointing to
not
see such service boldly out in the open. It was a chore to find contact information when i was cheated out of loyalty points one month due to something in the line of when i renewed and the payout time. I was contacted eventually and the issue was resolved.
Basically, its good customer service.... but just not enough of it to go around.

Hi, i activated the 90 day prepaid card today but didn't get any of the items. Please help because i spent my precious pennies on this and was so exited for the enlightenment aura
