When I moved last year I had to change banks and changed my card I use for billing. I have not missed a billing period in the almost 2 years Ive had this account. But the way the billing got changed over it lists me as a member only since August of last year. So I did not receive the new aura. Yeah not pleased with the bully method of forcing people into buying a new membership when they have been loyal. This company has such poor guest service.
