Cannot start game...its in my library but it brings up a "Steam - Update News" and nothing loads -.-....it WON'T START

Oh I see, it ended at 20:00 UTC which was 1:54 ago.

This leaves out most people in the USA who might have tried the game in the afternoon or evening on Sunday.

You would think a gaming company looking for new customers would schedule the free weekend in a way that would be more convenient for a major market like the USA to be able to try the game on a Sunday afternoon or evening, when a lot of people would have free time to try the game.

I'm not sure how it is for other people, but the most likely time for me to try a new game in the USA would be a Sunday afternoon or evening. Hi.

Yes, the promo ends May 10th

The free trial period of the game however ended about 2hrs, 19 mins ago. (Though I guess if you still have the game open it was playable). So those that want the outfit will need to buy the game.

I got the outfit rather quickly after completing game 5.

I did, as a matter of fact. Even tried it multiple times for redundancy. What if we also had to sign up for their update emails as well?
EDIT: And to further clarify, I did in fact receive the dwarven in-game skin for Cogwheel (which is my favorite character so far). So I've definitely played the necessary amount of games.
EDIT EDIT: I've also double-checked the official site to make sure the email is validated and it most certainly is.

Check the spam folder?
