@Mexk, Hi, I just read a thread on Reddit called "Mod Balance completes server upgrades... that was submitted 59 minutes ago by Mod Balance that is discussing the Network issues. I just posted about that thread on my Jmod Tidbits Found On Reddit thread. The Jmod comments that have been made to the Reddit thread thus far can be found on that thread.

Once such Jmod reply indicates that players can submit a claim for item losses associated with these issues:

Mod Balance (28 minutes ago): "If you've lost items as a result of service disruption, like DDoS attacks, then submit a claim for an item return." Links to Wiki article: Technical Support - Lost Items

In addition, Mod Balance states: (44 minutes ago): "Our SysAdmin team have just returned from installing some incredibly complex hardware in our datacenters to make your experience better. We are working on it... Believe me!"

Dont forget the ****** music still is the same 16bit crap from the late 1990's is it so hard to hire a composer to create some unique high quality background music? This guy clearly hasn't turned on his audio since 2008.

I've read all of this thread, so yeah I've read what you've said multiple times throughout this thread.

Are you sure? Because you're still blaming Jagex for attacks on the servers, and if you'd actually read Mexk's post you'd understand that Jagex can't be held accountable. Cor Saxi delenda est.

This game was fine until u announced a price increase, sorry to say that when membership runs out, I will not renew. I have been booted 5 times and sent to lobby 9 times for just today. You really made this game a pain in the ass to play. Must be corporate greed.

should we be happy, I have been booted 5 times, and sent to lobby 9 times that's just today, I assume u wont have this issue fixed before dxp weekend, therefor ******** your players once again. This all started when u announced price increases. If this continues I will not renew my membership, and I am not the only one. Its becoming more of a pain in the ass than anything else and not worth the aggravation.
