I see it - so are you saying that the clan box is not showing at all? Or just that you are not seeing the flag part :)

The clan box is not showing at all , it sometimes shows and then I reload the page and it's gone.

Overall it looks great, my only complaint is that on the skills page it shows your completion out of 200m. Simply put, this should NOT happen.

Players should not feel forced to go for 200m, or any arbitrary exp goal beyond 99 (other than dung ofc).

It should go to 99 for every skill and 120 for dungeoneering. After that, it should just show 100% complete.

Also if the "recent activity" could be made longer (it used to contain more), that would be good.

My adventure log shows I've never started Wolf Whistle or Druidic Ritual. I completed these years ago. In fact I have completed all quests except Fate of the Gods. Also my quest log shows them as completed.

Is there any way to fix this?

It means you haven't done the reworks. So really, you haven't done them.

Can I do the reworks when I already have the quests completed?
