I was excited about the Gear Guide as I never know what to wear without lots of research however it needs some big tweaks to me.

For example I did Ranged, 75-79 and got limited weapons and armour and with the accessories, it just seems to list everything. For instance it lists the beacon ring which is magic class.

Got the same when doing magic setup, I get ava's devices listed which is ranged. Class type needs a better filter and better selection for weapons/armour

If a mod is reading this, firstly I would like to say thank you for bringing back pre-eoc comebat (legacy), I love it! However I did find as I was ranging at Castle Wars and Clan Wars that range needs to be buffed by alot. I am in full armadyl, armadyl crossbow, elysian spirit shield and use runite bolts but can't hit over 150 at 87 ranged. Please fix this. I should be able to hit higher than 150. I remember pre-eoc hitting 300+ with adamant bolts. Plus people hitting 500s with barrage and Armadyl Godsword can spec 990. Also the Dark Bow spec doesn't seem to work either. I can't hit higher than 240 with dragon arrows equipped.

i click on the link for gear guide and it will not work for me all i get is this

i reload browser and still the same my firefox browser is up to date and so is my java so what else could be wrong any help ??

I always learn something new from each one of them.

By the way I get an error message when I try to open the Gear guide link since yesterday. It said to reload the page and I did several times without any luck.

It's also incredibly misleading and insulting that you're sugarcoating microtransactions in the 1st video. You don't mention once that Treasure Hunter keys or bonds can be bought with real world currency.


I agree with Kie ran, the bit about the bonds indicates it just uses in game wealth which is a bit misleading. I've never used bonds and don't really have anything against them but don't sugar coat them or mislead people about them.

The videos in general are trying to make it seem that it's been happy days since the player left over the last 6 months... these videos cover stuff that's been introduced in game a lot longer and it is a bit misleading about how much of the stuff was actual new content rather than reworks/tweaks.
