Dear Mod Balance,

I myself have been playing RS on and off for 10+ years.
In this time there have been periods of time I did not play for the required amount as posted above.
Now that I am older and more sensible as well a full-time job, I can have an established connection time and be a-part of the RS Community without missing any action!

I am a total supporter of ALL RS updates & changes;

BUT

I suggest to send a WARNING email to the accounts before they are officially terminated in-case an Original RS member(or non-member) still has interests in there account.
