No you read that wrong.

"The releases will be done in batches over the course of (hopefully) a fortnight."

Meaning ALL batches were meant to have been released 'hopefully' within a fortnight

I had gone inactive on several of my pure accounts due to the change in player vs player, and my names have gone missing but i would like to access those accounts again. how do i do that? if that is possible because they were very good pure acounts and now with the legacy mode I'd very much enjoy pking again.

Log in with the username or e-mail address you registered the account with. Even if the 'display name' has changed, the 'username' hasn't.

Some of us created new accounts to play oldschool and have invested a lot of time in that game, will a total level of 1,000 on oldschool meet that requirement if our total level is below 1,000 on the main game?

okay that makes sense but what im saying is i know that they deleted my account name because my main account is still available and i had my noob acounts added on the friends list, and their names just show up as random numbers

I have invested time into the game but i don't have a 1000 total level. It'd be nice if they put a total experience cap on it as well, Seems like my experience means nothing compared to my total.

Stupid to have such a high total level limit. That's just going to block a huge number of legit players who are looking to get good names.

500 total would have sufficed, as I very strongly doubt any bots would be able to get that within a day.
