Finally get the name changer to come up and it says i'm "unable" to change my username even after I purchased a bond for username change. HAHA OK JAYGEX.
Well at least my account page wont even load the Character Name Change tab, just get "Connection Reset" for the last 2 hours. Thanks jagex for saving me the trouble of spam clicking the same button. This reminds me of the time I went from 40-99 range guild QQ

If that's the case then don't tell us the names will be available at a precise time when they actually won't be, do the math
beforehand
and
then
tell us that the change is available.
Whatup Jagex. I purchased a BOND and redeemed it for a name change @2pm BST and after 2 hours of trying to change my name nothing worked; I am now short of a name change/bond. Are you able to compensate please?
