I have a major problem with the graphics update creating massive bustline and twig like arms. I smith for a living and I would like my character to look healthy rather than emaciated.

Male characters are unrealistically buff, why are the female characters unrealistically skinny?

None of my female friends want to be associated with playing RS and I strongly believe this is major factor. They love WOW, LOL, Guild Wars, Call of Duty, and Final Fantasy. I cannot literally pay them to play RS and it's been this way since day 1 of EOC.

As a personal note, every gaming account I have ever signed up with in the past, I select male as my gender even though I'm female irl. I did this to avoid player lookups exclusively for female characters, since I have no idea what kind of changes a gaming company will make in their future.

As a female gamer I feel I need to protect myself from the male gamer community based exclusively on personal experience.

haha. maybe I should start cross-gender then, attract less attention and probably more of a random player shouting noob at you and run off. maybe they should have us have the ability to adjust our body and not spending money at the same time(opposite of the example would be wealth calculator would be spending money). Like they say, you can't get something from nothing, or nothing is free. thanks for quoting my boxes! I feel a bit more important.

This article is very informative. I feel much better having the decrease in the amount of players online explained. To be honest, I was worried that the game was losing it's popularity and that the community was "dying", and seeing a lower amount of players online than what I was used to seeing certainly didn't relieve me of my worries. But having it explained with facts (not opinions like most other people) makes me feel much better. Maybe Runescape isn't as popular as it used to be, but it certainly isn't dying. And who knows? Maybe it will gain in popularity over time. I sure hope so!

this was amazing to read, really shows that Jagex know what they're doing.
Kinda gives me a feeling of relief after playing the game for almost 7 years now that this game is doing better.

Hello, I was recently banned for 2 days for "macroing" while I was buying prayer potions on Oldschool Runescape and interacting with players, I never have botted and was just currious why I would get banned for not breaking the rules. Please reply in reguards to this, thanks for the support in advance!

Not sure if they still do this now but back 2007 when you created an account it asks if you were a male/female. English part i think is from the number of players who play on english servers. if you type comma then hk it stars it out ***
