We all can’t buy brand new computers for playing RuneScape. I’m sure some players will get less lagging than I do.

Do other players get bad lagging? I would love to know.

My husband and I both have high-end gaming computers and the best internet you can get, and we still lag, black screen, and crash. Battle of Lumbridge and Bird and the Beast have been the worst. Jagex needs to upgrade their servers.

This is a waste of time, but I have to share my two cents.

The EOC is no where near perfect, but I do NOT want it removed entirely and go back to the old style combat. I personally found the old style combat boring and very AFKable. While I would still play Runescape even if Jagex did not introduce the EOC, I still want the EOC changes to remain in game even if they are further altered.

Options for changes can include making it less spam clicky, or giving PVP it's own separate combat system to appease the PKers. But I want it to stay. I like that I need more strategy and use weapons that I never did before (like throwing knives).

Also no matter how much you complain about microtransactions, they are going to stay. When Jagex "reduced" microtransactions, they reduced how much was added to SGS and increased what was added to the SOF. Now we are seeing a reversal, where the store is getting more and the SOF is getting slightly less.

Constantly complaining about microtransactions will only result in reversing he current trend of which place will be getting more development, not actually reducing either.

Also I wonder what that "announcement" will be in a few days.

2013 was a good year.
But 2014 will be better

I loved how the world events got started

The World Wakes, and some other quests.

And nice updates, that make runescape what it is.

First off Merry Christmas to all the JMods! Another enjoyable year, with some ups and downs.

Likes:
- The armor rework that came out. I understand armor bonuses and crit chances a lot more now. The first one was confusing.
- I enjoyed the Solomon's outfits.
- The 6th age quests were all fun to do. I don't do very many quests but I enjoyed doing these.
- Replayable quest bosses. This was a cool feature maybe they could be updated to have some sort of unique drop?
- Old School Release. I enjoy being able to use the old combat system. Its nice to be able to play EOC and Original.
- Drygores <333 Bought my first set for 294m. I think I've made like 700m with these suckers this year ;)

Wish list:
- Evolution of Combat 2.0, the current version needs a lot of work. I'd love to see basics removed and replaced with old style combat overlaced with thresholds and ultimates that work like the old spec bar with the new adrenaline gain. Maybe make ultimates weapon specific? I also think the combat triangle needs to be less harsh. I also liked how stuns worked PRE EOC with barraging, bolt specs, and d spears.
- 138 Combat level or a new combat level calculator that involves all the combat skills

PS looking forward to inventoring and level 85 weapons. =P

happy holidays to all

i know that killin and mayhem are what most players want so combat gets the most attn, i understand that. i was happy to see a clue fest for the holiday and some improvements for skillers but hope for more. It would be nice if i could dig up a clue scroll here and there while farming or mining or while fletching or woodcutting finding one per chance. why cant skillers get clues too? and speakin of clues updated rewards would be nice. i would like gilded divination or any skill gear. well that is my 2 cents.
love the game, and look forward to 2014.
