Unlike everyone else my problem with this isn't that it is a web app, I got my hopes up that I could use this as a way to talk to my clan chat on the live game whilst playing OSRS on the same account, which I can't.
Is there any chance at all this could be changed or am I going to have to use another account to talk on RS3 using the app?
It works on Samsung Galaxy SII, so you might want to add it to the list.
It's pretty slow, though? Guess that's because it's a web app. It doesn't automatically scroll the chat down, by the way, have to manually drag it to see the latest message when the keyboard is visible.
The app is ok on my iPhone 5 but it seems to crash Safari on the iPad Air. Not sure if it's because I'm using an external keyboard or what.
I didn't exist in your reality until you read this sentence.
@Anamona Yeah, that's annoying. I've noted that down
@Evil Queenie I'm afraid we don't support the iPad Air at the moment. It's the A7 processor using a 64bit architecture, we believe.
You *may* have limited joy by clearing all your apps in the background and trying again?
Thank you so much jagex
I have to travel alot to go to my university so I do not have alot of time to play anymore
Now i can at least talk with my friends in my clan again whenever I want. Jagex you did an awesome job on this one
P.S. Maybe it is a nice idea to make a widget for it when it becomes a real app. That way you are always able to check your chat while you are doing something else as well. I have a Samsung S3 btw
