Did you not learn anything about inflation? If there is too much money in the economy, every individual coin or whatever fraction of the currency is becomes worthless. It does not make the bank less valuable, rather on the contrary, more valuable. Obviously money removed from the game should be kept in regulation, but 544B doesn't sound that detrimental.
