Thank you very much Jagex for giving everyone the opportunity to be generous during the lead up to Christmas and donating so much money to those that are in need of it. I would personally like to thank the members of the Runescape community in the selfless efforts they displayed, it truly is a wonderful thing to be generous and that is reflected in every individuals efforts!

Hey guys,

I also livestreamed on Twitch as "Xodz" the entire month of November in efforts to raise bonds for the well of goodwill.

We raised 1085 bonds (over 8.5 billion gp) collectively thanks to the awesome RuneScape stream-viewing community!!

Thanks again Jagex for the opportunity! Loved placing first in this event!

Mod Balance, why jagex change of heart to keep the well when you first said it only there for a bit of time am for one don't like the well at all it's put a Real life price on runescape items and money please say this well only here for a bit of time

also but my nearest town on the list Boston lincs have had bad flooding where homes have been lost, the uk have had high winds and tidal surge

ps we don't want much more pvp in f2p keep some safe Bits :) why most people Bullying me , ( i Get Told To learn English when i am ,learn to spell when i can , also Get Told To Not Beg when i am Not , Told Not To Troll when i Don't ) and i Don't Have many friends (why No one like Me) But This is Not Rubbish it's the Truth sadly.

Sorry I'm not Mod Balance, but hope you don't mind me replying (doesn't mean he won't as well). Sorry you don't like the well and can understand that if you don't like it, you want to see it gone, and your reasons for this. However, things in life (and RS) do not stay the same and this change has actually been very well received by players, and will help a significant number of people, which obviously increases the chance it will stay in game. In the news items it does say the well will become active again once Jagex has looked into which charities to support next time.

I'm really sorry to hear about what has happened in your town. I'm an Aussie but have been following the news and have many friends in the UK. You sound sad to me and that's really understandable. Perhaps it might help a tiny bit to know that there are many caring people in the RuneScape community who hope that all of you in the UK will be ok. I'd like to offer a virtual hug, but only if you want it. *hugs* I dunno, you might think that is really silly, but many of us do care.

I agree with you about safe bits in F2p. When I first started playing a long time ago, I would get lost and died to a mugger. :D My sons said "stay on the path Mum!". Was pretty funny at the time. I enjoy having some peaceful places in RS too and I am sure we'll never lose those.

I'm not a staff member, but hope you don't mind me replying (doesn't mean a staff member won't reply as well). In the news article for this, in the first sentence there is a link to a page with more information about the well and scrolling down in that page will give you the following info on HART.

very well received by players? i seen a mixed lot more hate then like but with all updates i will agree on this ,there always the ones who like something and the ones hate something

In the news items it does say the well will become active again once Jagex has looked into < this is not True and there also a holiday event icon on the mini map in game hints this will go athough this icon must be changed if they change there minds says something like to the end of november when they added to the list

great to know there people care about us thanks for the hug

only about 29% did*\'t want Bonds
about 25% of us not want SGS
about 23% of us didnt want Buy spins

also lots want No wilderness and free trade
