Dunno why they don't offer it all year long, it would be better for both the players and Jagex.

An extra 10 bucks for the Gold VS 12 months membership adds there and there and add to that the people that would have been members for the year if they had gotten into the Premier Club but since they didn't they decided not to and wait for next year.
