just a suggestion, Ive got the gold pack and find it worth it but i see where many players are coming from. the loyalty points are practically useless, i loved the runecoins last year. so, since you probably cant change the points to runecoins because of players like me who have already purchased gold and used the points, why not make it so gold package members can use loyalty points on anything in solomens? not just certain items. would be a lot less work to satisfy the players, plus it will increase sales of the gold package a lot because having the ability to use loyalty points instead of runecoins is something many players would agree is fair, already talked to many people about it . thanks for taking the time to read this, hope it helps! keep up the good work =)

oh and to all of you complaining they dont respond, look through the pages. just because they dont respond to every raging player doesnt mean they arent reading these, is it nice to get a reply? ofcourse. But you complain how bad jagex is now, imagine little they would get done if they replied to every troll? That would just cause more players to complain, more responding, and just go in a circle until rs is just a blog of jagex mods talking to players because they were too busy to keep the game operating.

this would enrage a lot of players because it would give specific advantages that only premiere club members would have, mainly that runecoins thing you mentioned.

the whole point of the packages is to be V.I.P.... its not giving them an advantage, its only cosmetic stuff besides bank boosters
