Just a warning about Jagex's Exclusiveness.
Exclusive in my dictionary means not available to others.
I Bought their 'Exclusive' package last year and the exclusive
items were in SGS and or SOF within a few months as other
players wanted them and Jagex being money hungry/greedy
screwed us Premier membership buyers good and proper.
So buy by all means but don't be surprised if this happens to you. .And now the end is near its time to raise the final curtain.
Regrets i have a few, but i did it my way.

I click to find premium package but it says no packages available. I purchased the bronze package earlier today by accident, I want the gold,. why does it matter if I already have a package why cant I buy gold??? it will only add on to my current rs time!! so whats the issue here.??????

only 75€ to get all these awesomeness in this chat-program with delayed and squelchy sounds (why chat program needs music & sounds anyways).
And yeah already made my mind a long time ago not to get one again. You'll be lucky if I will continue my monthly subscription.

I did get this years GOLD premier club membership but clearly it was not what I was expecting so no ty Jagex.

Still no answer about the green skin. Kinda sounding like a broken record to most of you I'm sure, but that's really the only thing I'd want. If that's not included, I ain't buying it. One man's trash is another's treasure, and one man's cash buys another's pleasure.

So.... we don't get the 2012 Promo items...
we only get 3 crappy-designed outfits, an ugly clown face and a crappy pet... (along with maybe 2 2014 items, which will probably be stupid over-rides instead of actual items)
we get 150,000 loyalty points, valued at less then 30% last years' Runecoins...
no betas 2014...
price increase...
elitism world...
elitism crown...
and two pets....that no one will use.

Yeah I'm canceling my membership when it expires in Jan. I'd rather pay LESS for Final Fantasy XIV, with better content.

Have you tried contacting billing support directly? I think that will be more likely to get you a response and hopefully a fix for your problem than posting on the forum will.
